com & Amit Dekel News. The show went on air on March 1999 on Israel’s 88FM radio station and since then came back each year a couple of months before the Eurovision Song Contest. Over the years the show changed hosts and this year is no exception: The new season which will kick off tomorrow night at 21:00 (local time) will be presented by Shay Gal and Amit Dekel. Shay Gal is known for his lack of interest in Eurovision whereas Amit Dekel is a very dedicated fan of the contest who traveled to all the recent contests and has also been an OGAE member in the Israeli branch. ‘The show will be like a ping-pong match between Shay and me’ says Amit Dekel to esctoday.
