com News. com, that Ireland will participate at Eurovision 2009 to be staged in Moscow, Russia in May, although they are not ready to announce any details about the way in which their entry will be selected yet. Speculation since Dustin the Turkey's representation at Eurovision 2008 in Belgrade last May, that Ireland may pull out of the comeptition over the controversial act peaked after the failure of the puppet to progress from the Eurovision Song Contest semi-final. Since then RTÉ remained tight lipped if Ireland would participate at Moscow in 2009. However today, RTÉ confirmed to esctoday.
