During the show Stundji real name Stoyan Yankoulov (42) presented an engagement ring to Elitsa Todorova (32). The two have been musical partners since 2003 and with their number Voda (Water) placed fifth in the 2007 Eurovision contest. The ring presented to Elitsa was concealed in a sleigh bell in a moment a BNT report described as a “Christmas miracle on BNT”. Both formally trained as musicians and both individually the holders of several national and international music awards Elitsa and Stundji continue to have a popular following outside the country with YouTube copies of Voda still attracting hits.

It is a love song about the longing between two people who are in love but can't be close to each other so they meet in their dreams. The English lyrics have not been penned yet. Kejsi is just sixteen years old and started singing at the age of 10.

He said dancers of the European countries would gather in Baku on September 16 2009. Violinist Karen Briggs may present Bulgaria at the Eurovision finals

This will happen if Bulgarian singer Krassi Avramov qualifies for the finals. Briggs is one of the world’s most popular violinists in the world. She took part in Coolio’s "Gangsta’s Paradise". She’s currently playing with Krassi Avramov whose song qualified for the semi-finals.
