The record company My Way Music responsible for releasing the ?Dansk Melodi Grand Prix? album said it intends to bring legal action against a Swede who made the copy of the album available over the internet. A technical problem led to 17 copies of the album being downloaded legally before the error was caught. The unknown Swede then made the music available on the popular YouTube website. Henrik Sørensen head of My Way Music told DR news that the Swede ?better expect a court case from us when we find him?.

The submission period has ended and according to NDR’s Ralf Quibeldey many interesting proposals have been submitted. A jury will now decide who’ll represent Germany in Moscow. The announcement of the German representative is scheduled for the first half of February.
